Recapping General Aviation Appreciation Month at AUS

General Aviation Appreciation Month recognizes the work non-commercial aviation provides, including fixed-base operators (FBOs), to the aviation industry. We have Signature Flight Support, Million Air, and Atlantic Aviation operate out of AUS, so of course we had to take some time during May to celebrate them! 
 
General Aviation Appreciation Month recognizes the important contributions of non-commercial aviation providers.

On our social media pages, we had a chance to highlight the work Signature Flight Support, Million Air, and Atlantic Aviation does each and every day as well as recent sustainability achievements they’ve made.

For example, Signature Flight Support helped introduce sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) at AUS in 2021 as part of a broader industry effort to expand lower-emission fuel options in business aviation. Million Air also recently introduced SAF at AUS in partnership with Avfuel Corp, marking a first for both companies in Texas.

These efforts support our shared sustainability goals, allowing our operations to run more smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
