February 2026 Passenger, Cargo Traffic at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport

AUSTIN, TEXAS – Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) passenger traffic growth for February 2026 was up 7.75% compared to February 2025, with 1,482,483 passengers flying during the month.

 

Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for February 2026 was 1,482,483, up 7.75% compared to February 2025. February 2026 enplanements totaled 738,943, up 7.54%.

Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 601,200, up 4.3%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 276,777, up 28.7%; American Airlines passengers totaled 222,202, down 10.7%; United Airlines passengers totaled 205,704, up 6.8%; Alaska Airlines passengers totaled 46,676, up 9%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 41,154, up 77.9%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 26,098, up 43.4%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 14,824, up 225.3%; British Airways passengers totaled 13,497, down 0.4%; Aeromexico passengers totaled 7,247, down 2.1%; Air Canada passengers totaled 5,932, down 5%; KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passengers totaled 5,321, up 16.9%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 4,724, down 27.8%; Copa Airlines passengers totaled 4,445, up 1.9%;  Lufthansa passengers totaled 3,359, down 11.3%; VivaAerobus passengers totaled 2,530, down 14.8%;  Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 699, down 23.7%; and Omni Air International passengers totaled 94.

February 2026 air cargo totaled 22,158,869 lbs., up 11.96% compared to February 2025.
International air cargo totaled 2,117,256 lbs., up 0.15%.

Air Transport International carried 8,892,012 lbs., up 24.9%; Federal Express carried 3,669,964 lbs., up 8.5%; Sun Country Airlines carried 2,974,107 lbs., up 76.1%; and United Parcel Services carried 2,347,363 lbs., up 2%.

Air Services transferred 0 lbs. of mail, down 100%; and 2,900,320 lbs. of belly freight, down 2.31%.

Aircraft Operations: General Aviation operations totaled 3,869, up 18.57%. Combined operations (including commercial and military) totaled 20,790, up 12.76%.

 

Passenger Activity: Total passenger traffic for January – February 2026 was 2,917,949, down 5.24% compared to January – February 2025. January – February 2026 enplanements totaled 1,442,554, up 5.29%.

Southwest Airlines passengers totaled 1,163,962, up 2%; Delta Air Lines passengers totaled 549,839, up 28.7%; American Airlines passengers totaled 433,662, down 15.2%; United Airlines passengers totaled 404,101, up 4%; Alaska Airlines passengers totaled 93,960, up 0.3%; Frontier Airlines passengers totaled 82,664, up 84.2%; Spirit Airlines passengers totaled 56,948, up 47.3%; British Airways passengers totaled 28,905, up 4.5%; JetBlue Airways passengers totaled 27,335, up 167.1%; Aeromexico passengers totaled 15,692, up 1.6%; Air Canada passengers totaled 11,661, up 0.8%; Allegiant Air passengers totaled 11,564, down 37.2%; KLM Royal Dutch Airlines passengers totaled 11,101, up 21.8%; Copa Airlines passengers totaled 10,585, up 10%; Lufthansa passengers totaled 8,521, up 2.4%; VivaAerobus passengers totaled 6,192, down 2.4%; Sun Country Airlines passengers totaled 1,163, down 30.4%; and Omni Air International passengers totaled 94.

January – February 2026 air cargo totaled 41,259,157 lbs., up 2.79% compared to January – February 2025.

International air cargo totaled 3,574,743 lbs., up 1.03%.

Air Transport International carried 16,643,346 lbs., up 11.8%; Federal Express carried 7,009,885 lbs., down 2%; United Parcel Services carried 4,868,679 lbs., up 2.9%; and Sun Country Airlines carried 4,839,862 lbs., up 52.6%.

Air Services transferred 0 lbs. of mail, down 100%; and 4,993,727 lbs. of belly freight, down 9.6%.
